I love making homemade granola, it’s such a simple thing to do and it makes the house smell like a welcoming bakery.
I always struggle to find store-bought granola whose ingredient list I completely agree with. I’m picky. It either has way too much sugar, or not enough nuts, or both. I like my granola to have crunch, thank you very much.
What I love about this is how hassle free it is. You toss ingredients into a bowl, mix, bake, cool and store. After all that, comes the simple yet delectable step of actually eating it. How you go about that is your business, though I’ve got a few suggestions if you like:
