Maple & Coconut Homemade Granola
- 2 cups oats
- 1½ cups nuts of choice (I used brazil nuts, cashews and pecans)
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup coconut oil, softened
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat your oven to 175ÂșC / 355F and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- Toss together all of your ingredients, making sure everything is well coated.
- Evenly spread onto your baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, break into clusters and store in a airtight jar at room temperature.
