As the weather gets colder, pumpkins start popping up left, right and centre.
It’s at the farmers market, in soups, in window shops, and, most importantly, in Starbucks. Their infamous pumpkin spice latte, while delicious, is also not the healthiest drink you can have. Occasionally you can definitely go for it, though I’m now way more of a fan of my homemade pumpkin spice latte, which is refined sugar free, paleo and vegan. It’s actually simple to make, and I’ve employed a simple hack to make it that much quicker and easier to make. Can you guess what it is?
I actually love having a mug of this first thing in the morning because of the coffee. I’ve recently gotten super into coffee every other morning, and this is the newest way I’ve found to enjoy it. It’s that great coffee hit combined with a creamy pumpkin latte with warming spices, and it just goes down oh so well.
