I just want to dip anything and everything in this.
It just makes everything better. Veggie crudites, flax crackers, life. It just takes the already delicious guac to a whole new level of salty goodness and texture.
Oh, and as for the secret ingredient? Can you guess what it is? ….. it’s cream cheese! It just makes it extra nice and creamy, and makes the dip go even further. As it’s mild it doesn’t take over the dip and has a somewhat cooling effect to help cope with the spiciness, if you need it 😉
I enjoy bacon on occasions and get the best quality I can find. Mine is free range and nitrite free, and all I can say is try and get the best quality your budget allows you to, even if it means having it less often. I also bake my bacon on a grid and it comes out perfectly crisp. I used to think I wasn’t a fan of bacon and didn’t eat it for years! oh how that has changed. Also means you’re not frying it in tons of vegetable oil, I like my bacon nice and crispy, not oily and limp!
