I’m a cookie lover. That’s no secret, everyone knows it, and if you didn’t then now you know it too.
Good ol’ chocolate chip never gets old to me, but I do also like to change it up a bit you know? Variety. It’s exciting! So I’m always looking for new cookies to welcome into my life.
Everyone keeps going on about peanut butter and jelly being the ultimate combination, but for me it’s all about the peanut butter and banana. It is said that peanut butter and banana was actually Elvis Presley’s favourite combo, so who am I to argue with the king?
I love how simple these are to make.
Yea, sure, sometimes I don’t mind creaming and mixing and beating. But sometimes I want to just get it done so I can enjoy my baking spoils.
You mash some bananas, stir in some delicious and crunchy ingredients, plop onto a baking tray, shape and then bake. You can’t go wrong, you can’t screw it up, and you won’t have to wait long. Just sit back and have a freshly baked, no-effort cookie. This, my friends, is the secret to life.
