I love having smoothies for breakfast, especially if they taste like a treat! I will actually jump out of bed for this healthy papaya smoothie, and I had it for three days straight because I just couldn’t get enough of it!
It is bursting with goodness – we’ve got papaya which is full of antioxidants and nutrients such as carotene, vitamin C, and flavanoids, and not to mention that it is currently being studied on it’s ability to help relieve certain cancer side effects and boosting of the immune system. So basically, papaya is an all-around legend!
On top of that we’ve also got some goji berries for antioxidants, coconut for good fats, and maca powder, which is an incredible superfood from Peru. It’s amazing for all-around health, working with hormone imbalances and assisting those with fatigue and stress. Not to mention that it increases the libido! Definite winner.
