It’s a well-known fact I’m a cookie lover – all you have to to is look at the endless cookie recipes in the blog.
No matter the kind, I’ve got you covered. You’re a peanut butter pretzel cookie girl? Gotcha. Vegan cookies? Yup, got that as well. Even matcha cookies are part of the gang, but I was missing one crucial kind to join the family – the cookie dough. More specifically, edible cookie dough, one that didn’t involve me sneakily shoving raw dough into my mouth that I just could not resist. Thing is, raw cookie dough ain’t the best for ya, with the raw egg, raw flour, and salmonella ordeal, so for this edible cookie dough I’ve casually left those out to create a delicious one-woman-show treat.
Oh, and for added decadence and delicious-ness (as if it needed even more!) I topped it with a generous spoonful of Jim Jam’s hazelnut chocolate spread – aka lower sugar nutella.
The beauty of this all is that it can go from craving to reality in under 10 minutes, ’cause ain’t nobody got time to wait for cookies to bake (also, I wouldn’t try and bake this as it’s made to eat raw and tastes best that way).
