Spiced Crispy & Curly Sweet Potato Fries

- 1 large sweet potato
- 1-2 tablespoons oil of choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne
- Preheat oven to 200ºC | 400ºF.
- Spiralise your sweet potatoes on the large grater (or buy it pre-spiralised) and cut the strands that are a bit too long into more bite-sized pieces.
- Toss with oil and spices and spread evenly on a baking sheet. If it's too crowded, use 2 sheets.
- Bake in a for 20 minutes, toss, and bake for another 10-15. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
- Enjoy it with dips and condiments. I love some mayo, but ketchup seems to be a high contender as well
