Fruit-Free Hunger Squashing Breakfast Smoothie

  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 serving coffee protein (I use MissFits Nutrition)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • Small handful micro greens (such as pea shoots or sunflower shoots)
  • Handful ice
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
