Fruit-Free Hunger Squashing Breakfast Smoothie

- 300ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 serving coffee protein (I use MissFits Nutrition)
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- Small handful micro greens (such as pea shoots or sunflower shoots)
- Handful ice
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
