Preheat the oven to 175ºC / 350ºF and line a brownie tray with baking paper.
Add the sugar, oil, milk and chocolate into a large saucepan and melt on medium heat, stirring frequently, until combined and smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the flours, baking powder, vanilla, cacao, and salt.
Let cool for a few minutes and then stir in the eggs one at a time, mixing to combine.
Pour into the baking tin, smooth out the top by tapping the tray on a flat surface or using a spatula, and place in the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let cool completely and make your frosting by whisking all the ingredients together until combined.
Once brownies are completely cool, decorate by spreading over ⅔ of the frosting and top with the chocolate dirt. Use the remaining ⅓ of the frosting to pipe on the "snakes" and finish with a sprinkling of orange zest.
Slice into 16 brownies and serve.
Notes
*For the chocolate dirt, simply blend 125g chocolate biscuits until coarse then mix with 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil.
