Lean Green Almond Butter and Red Berry Smoothie
Serves: 1
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 large handful baby spinach leaves
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen in chunks
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons red berry coulis
  1. Place your almond milk and spinach in a blender and blend until combined.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients, except coulis, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon coulis into a glass and pour in the smoothie. Use a spoon to gently marble the sides with the coulis and enjoy!
