Berry Bircher Smoothie Bowl

- 50g (1/2 cup) oats
- 125ml (1/2 cup) almond milk
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 2-3 chopped dried apricots, raisins, sultanas or dried dates
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¾ cup frozen berries
- ½ banana, frozen
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Make your bircher muesli by mixing all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and placing in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Make your smoothie by adding all the ingredients into a blender and blending until smooth and creamy.
- Serve smoothie in a bowl with your bircher and top with extra berries, chopped banana, cacao nibs and coconut chips, if desired.
