Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Milkshake

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup brazil nuts or cashews, soaked for 4 hours
  • 2 bananas, frozen in chunks
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (optional)
  • ½ cup frozen peanut butter cookie dough , divided
  • Melted chocolate, to drizzle
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the nuts and add all the ingredients and half the frozen peanut butter cookie dough into a blender and blend until smooth. Add remaining cookie dough and pulse one or two times, just to get it mixed in.
  2. Drizzle the melted chocolate around a glass, pour in the smoothie, and enjoy!
Notes
For the peanut butter cookie dough, you can either freeze the dough after baked or raw. I recommend freezing it so it holds well together.
