Chocolate & Kale Protein Bliss Balls

- 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed
- 3 tablespoons walnuts
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 6 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 scoop (around 2 tablespoons) protein powder
- 1 teaspoon greens powder
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Cacao nibs and activated buckwheat, to roll
- Place the kale leaves and walnuts into the processor and pulse until broken down.
- Add in remaining ingredients and again pulse until you have a thick consistency that holds it's shape when squeezed together.
- Roll into balls with your hands and roll in the cacao nibs and/or buckwheat.
- Place in the fridge or freezer to set and enjoy!
