Decadent Chocolate Granola Smoothie

  • 1 small or ½ large peeled and frozen banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • 250ml plant based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond or hazelnut butter
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Handful ice cubes
  • Handful of spinach leaves, optional
  • Granola, to top
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a glass and top with the granola.
  3. Enjoy with a spoon!
