Pretty 'n Pink Pitaya Smoothie

It's impossible to feel gloomy while drinking such a pretty pitaya smoothie! Full of goodness and colour, it can make even the greyest mornings feel that much funner!
  • 175 ml water or almond milk
  • Half a cucumber
  • 1 dragonfruit (pitaya)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  1. Add your water/almond milk to a blender along with your cucumber. Blend on high until fully mixed, you don’t want any lumps of cucumber!
  2. Cut your dragonfruit in half and scoop out all the bright flesh into the blender with a spoon. Add the rest of your ingredients and blend again until everything is fully mixed and your smoothie has a beautiful pink colour.
  3. Drink immediately, preferably with cute straws!
