This delicious smoothie bowl is topped with edible flowers for that extra flower power to get you through the morning! Deliciously creamy and topped with some crunchy granola, it's one of my favourite breakfasts and I can never seem to get enough of it its so yummy!
Ingredients
For the açaí
200g frozen açaí (I used two Amazonia smoothie packs)
½ banana, frozen
100ml coconut water or almond milk (if needed)
Toppings
Granola (see links below)
Edible flowers
½ banana, chopped
½ tablespoon raw honey
Pomegranate seeds
Shredded coconut
Pistachios
Instructions
Simply add your açaí and banana to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Depending on how potent your machine is, you might have to add a bit of liquid to make it creamy. Start with a 100ml and add more as required.
Pour into a bowl, add your toppings, and enjoy!!
Notes
PALEO: To make it paleo, simply use my paleo no grain-ola recipe
VEGAN: Top with maple syrup instead of honey!
RAW: To make it fully raw, use raw granola or just the nuts and other toppings!
If you don't have smoothie packs, use açaí powder and add 200g of blueberries.
