Easy Peasy Egg Cups - How To Food Prep

Serves: 6-12
- 6-12 eggs
- Sprinkle of salt & pepper (can also add herbs, paprika, and so on)
- Coconut oil, ghee, avocado oil, or butter, for greasing
- 12 hole muffin tray
- Preheat oven to 175ºC | 350ºF
- Grease the holes of the muffin tray you plan on using
- Crack in the eggs and sprinkle salt & peppa
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending how runny you like your yolks (I leave mine around 10min)
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge and have easy eggs for your breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week
