5-Minute Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon tamari, soy sauce, or coconut aminos
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 150g chopped ahi tuna (I got mine already chopped and cubed, available from selected shops)
  • Half an avocado flesh, cut into cubes
  • 2 small carrots, chopped into discs
To Serve
  • Large handful leafy greens
  • 1 tablespoon kimchi or sauerkraut
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl, then add the tuna, avocado and carrots and toss until everything is fully coated.
  2. Serve with the greens and fermented veg and enjoy!
