5-Minute Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

- 1 tablespoon tamari, soy sauce, or coconut aminos
- ½ tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 150g chopped ahi tuna (I got mine already chopped and cubed, available from selected shops)
- Half an avocado flesh, cut into cubes
- 2 small carrots, chopped into discs
- Large handful leafy greens
- 1 tablespoon kimchi or sauerkraut
- Whisk together the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl, then add the tuna, avocado and carrots and toss until everything is fully coated.
- Serve with the greens and fermented veg and enjoy!
