Almond & Peanut Butter Protein Bite Lushbombs

- ⅔ cup (80g) almonds
- 2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
- 2 scoops (12g) collagen peptides or protein powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons melted cacao butter
- 2-3 drops vanilla stevia (optional)
- Desiccated coconut and pitaya powder, to roll
- Just throw the ingredients into your food processor, whizz it up, roll in the coconut and pitaya powder.
- Keep in the fridge or freezer. Easy!
