Protein Grain-Free Bread (Low Carb + Paleo)
- 100g | 1 cup almond flour
- 50g | ½ cup protein powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 30g } ¼ cup ground chia or flax seeds
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1½ teaspoons baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 125ml | ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- Black sesame seeds, for sprinkling
- Preheat the oven to 175ºC | 350 ºF and line a loaf tin with some parchment.
- In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
- In a jug or bowl whisk together the eggs, apple cider vinegar and melted butter or coconut oil.
- Pour into the large bowl and stir until combined, then pour batter into the loaf tin.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before serving!
Can be frozen, simply slice and wrap up!
