Protein Grain-Free Bread (Low Carb + Paleo)

Ingredients
  • 100g | 1 cup almond flour
  • 50g | ½ cup protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 30g } ¼ cup ground chia or flax seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 125ml | ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • Black sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175ºC | 350 ºF and line a loaf tin with some parchment.
  2. In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
  3. In a jug or bowl whisk together the eggs, apple cider vinegar and melted butter or coconut oil.
  4. Pour into the large bowl and stir until combined, then pour batter into the loaf tin.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Remove and let cool before serving!
Notes
Can be frozen, simply slice and wrap up!
