How To Meal Prep For the Week
 
Ingredients
Turkey Meatballs:
  • 500g turkey mince
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon each of fresh chopped chives and dill
  • 1 teaspoon each paprika and garlic granules
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tuna-mayo:
Skinny Tuna Mayo
  • 2 cans white tuna
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon each of fresh chopped chives and dill
  • Salt & pepper
Instructions
Turkey Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 175ºC | 350ºF and line a baking tray with some baking parchment.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl, and use your hands to roll and make about 12 meatballs, laying them on the baking tray as you go.
  3. Bake for around 25 minutes, until cooked through.
Tuna Mayo
  1. Mix together all the ingredients. Taste and adjust any seasoning, adding more herbs, salt or pepper.
