How To Meal Prep For the Week
- 500g turkey mince
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon each of fresh chopped chives and dill
- 1 teaspoon each paprika and garlic granules
- Salt & pepper
- Tuna-mayo:
- 2 cans white tuna
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon each of fresh chopped chives and dill
- Salt & pepper
- Preheat the oven to 175ºC | 350ºF and line a baking tray with some baking parchment.
- Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl, and use your hands to roll and make about 12 meatballs, laying them on the baking tray as you go.
- Bake for around 25 minutes, until cooked through.
- Mix together all the ingredients. Taste and adjust any seasoning, adding more herbs, salt or pepper.
