Baked Glazed Bananas

Serves: 2-4
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sprinkling of coarse sea salt
- Preheat oven to 175ºC / 350ºF and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Peel and chop your bananas into 1cm round disks and toss with the remaining ingredients, except for the salt.
- Arrange the slices on the baking tray and sprinkle over the sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and caramelised.
