Lean Green Almond Butter and Red Berry Smoothie
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 large handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen in chunks
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons red berry coulis
- Place your almond milk and spinach in a blender and blend until combined.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, except coulis, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon coulis into a glass and pour in the smoothie. Use a spoon to gently marble the sides with the coulis and enjoy!
