Maple & Coconut Homemade Granola

Ingredients
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1½ cups nuts of choice (I used brazil nuts, cashews and pecans)
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, softened
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 175ÂșC / 355F and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Toss together all of your ingredients, making sure everything is well coated.
  3. Evenly spread onto your baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
  4. Remove from the oven, let cool, break into clusters and store in a airtight jar at room temperature.
