Serves: 24

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup (95g) cashews
  • ½ cup (60g) brazil nuts
  • ⅔ cup (130g) dates (if using dried, soak them for 2 hours and drain before using)
  • ½ orange, juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 30g scoop protein powder, optional
Instructions
  1. Place your cashews and brazil nuts in a food processor and bltiz until they have broken down and have a flour-like texture.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined - it should be quite a sticky paste!
  3. Using your hands, roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball. Note - if desired, you can then roll them in some extra cacao powder, orange zest or desiccated coconut.
  4. Repeat until you’ve used the entire mixture.
  5. Store in the fridge, keeps for about one to two weeks, or freezer for about a month or so.
