Preheat your oven to 185ºC / 365ºF and lightly coat 1 medium ramekins (mine was 10cm in diameter) with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, toss together your fruit layer toppings and add to the ramekin.
In a medium bowl add your bananas and mash with a fork until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined. Spoon over the fruit mixture in the ramekin.
Bake for 30 minutes, until fruit is hot and bubbly and the banana bread crumble is golden.
Serve warm as is or with some coconut cream or yoghurt.
