Peel and chop your mango, and place in a blender, reserving half of a mango as topping. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, add your toppings, and serve.
Notes
You can add your bowl into a freezer 15 minutes before making your smoothie bowl so that it keeps even colder, or you could even place the bowl with the smoothie into the freezer for 5-10 minutes before serving.
NUT FREE: sub almond butter for sunflower butter or tahini
