Papaya Maca Coconut Smoothie (Tastes Like Dessert!)

Ingredients
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maca powder
  • 2 medjool dates, de-pitted
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Stevia (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cut your papaya in half and scoop out the flesh, discarding the seeds and the peel.
  2. In a blender, add all of your ingredients and blitz until well combined - about 2-3 minutes depending on the potency of your blender.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
Notes
I like to drink this, but it would also be delicious in a smoothie bowl, topped with some granola!
