Papaya Maca Coconut Smoothie (Tastes Like Dessert!)

- 1 papaya
- 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maca powder
- 2 medjool dates, de-pitted
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 3 ice cubes
- Stevia (optional)
- Cut your papaya in half and scoop out the flesh, discarding the seeds and the peel.
- In a blender, add all of your ingredients and blitz until well combined - about 2-3 minutes depending on the potency of your blender.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
I like to drink this, but it would also be delicious in a smoothie bowl, topped with some granola!
