Easy Peasy Egg Cups – Food Prep Like A Boss!

Whether you’re a seasoned food prepper, someone who dabbles on it occasionally, or even if you’ve never done it or wanted to do it before, these egg cups are for you.

Honeslty, this is by far the easiest way to batch cook eggs that I have found. No peeling pesky shells, no fussing over a frittata and its fillings. This is as simple and fuss-free as it gets! I also love the texture it gives eggs, and for some reason I think it just tasted so delicious like this. I posted it on Instagram a few weeks back and have been loving how many of you have tried and loved it too!

  • takes less than 15 minutes to prep
  • lasts about 5 days in the fridge, so you’re set for the week
  • grab and go – add to breakfasts, lunch, and lazy dinners
  • no annoying egg peeling necessary – bane of my existence with boiled eggs!
  • I get organic & cage-free eggs from my local farmers market. Get the best quality ones you can find.
