This is such a simple smoothie recipe and yet it tastes incredibly decadent.
It’s thick and creamy, so it just begs to be eaten with some crunchy granola on top. I recommend either my Cardamom and Vanilla Granola or if you’re going grain-free, I have a Maple & Cinnamon Granola that is absolutely delicious! It really makes it into a special breakfast this way.
It’s quite normal for me to have smoothies for breakfast. I find it’s such an easy thing to make, and you can normally throw in whatever fruits and leafy greens you have in the fridge and make it work. I’ve added spinach to this one because hey, always add in some greens when you can, though I get if you want to leave it out.
