Guys, these are probably one of the tastiest banana breads I’ve ever made. They’re fluffy inside, with a hint of warming chai spices and a sweet banana flavour.
Banana bread is probably one of the easiest baking ventures you can undertake, so if you’re no baking maven, this recipe is for you. Ever find yourself looking at your bananas quickly and surely become spottier and spottier with each passing hour? You’re then confronted with two feasible choices – freeze ’em, or bake ’em. This time, I chose the latter and am oh-so-happy I did.
These mini banana bread are:
Sweet and chocolate-y in just the right amount
Perfect as a snack or sweet treat
On their own or part of a bowl – add your yoghurt of choice and some nut butter!
Made with the chocolate vegan protein from MISSFITS Nutrition for that plant protein boost
